Messy” Thoughts
With my solo exhibition coming up,
my studio is messier than ever.
英國研究也說桌子越亂的人越有創意;

And every time I look at this chaos, a stream of thoughts shows up:

People say your environment is an extension of your mind —
so does that mean my mind is just as messy?

But Nietzsche said you need chaos within to give birth to a dancing star.

A British study claims that messy desks spark more creativity.
Thermodynamics reminds us that disorder is basically the universe’s default state.
And I can’t help thinking of Francis Bacon’s studio,
which looked like it had survived a storm.

So I just keep working here,
comfortably surrounded by a chaos full of “dancing stars.”
