「盛放台灣-台灣當代藝術展」即將巡迴新加坡藝術學院(SOTA)展出

文化部與外交部合作於我指標性駐外館處進行藝術展示計畫，今(108)年藝術銀行以「盛放台灣-台灣當代藝術展」為題規劃展示於駐新加坡台北代表處。展出期間，梁國新代表及代表處同仁主動推廣、導覽，推介台灣當代藝術，甚獲好評。為使台灣當代藝術能與駐在國的民眾、華僑與外賓有更直接的接觸，代表處積極覓得新加坡藝術學院(School of the Arts簡稱SOTA)藝廊並與藝術銀行共同主辦巡迴展出。本次共展出25位藝術家31件作品，同時邀請台灣藝術家林葆靈及廖堉安等人參與開幕、辦理講座。深化新加坡民眾對台灣文化、藝術的了解，期與藝術學校教師、學生交流，體認台灣文化內涵的多樣性，營造臺灣國際文化外交形象。

林葆靈以夜晚光影為創作題材, 2005年至今已持續探索15年之久。本次講座他將按照時間軸談論他創作路上的點點滴滴，並介紹他不同時期的作品。
Topic1 Nightvoyage: 15 Years Painting City Lights with Soul

Lin Bao-ling has been explored night light and shadow as his creative theme for 15 years since 2005. In this lecture, he will talk about the creative process according to the timeline and introduce his works from different periods.

本次講座將一窺廖堉安繪畫創作的秘境，介紹其各個時期的作品轉變，每個系列的發想以及創作的心路歷程。從概念發想到如何設計出各種圖案與人物造型，如何安排畫面與色彩組合以及繪畫技法，並分享藝術家生涯的種種過程與心得。

Topic 2 City Circus: Liao Yu An's Creations
Artist: LIAO Yu-An
This lecture will give a glimpse into the mystery of Liao Yu-An's creations, introduce the transformation of his works in each periods. From a concept to an idea, we are going to talk about how to design various patterns and characters, how to arrange the combination of picture and color, and special painting techniques, and share the processes and experience of the artist's career.
