ORIGINAL PRINTS 2010

The Art and Printmaking Studio will present ORIGINAL PRINTS 2010 at Affordable Art Fair Singapore. Invited by curator Marisa Keller, a diverse Singapore-based group of professional artists created a dynamic and versatile series of etchings, linocuts, stencil prints and relief prints to be launched at the Fair. The prints can be purchased individually or as the whole set for an affordable price.

Original Prints 2010 at the AAF at F1 Pit Building

Cost: Payment required - $ 10 per person

The Art and Printmaking Studio presents ORIGINAL PRINTS 2010 at the Affordable Art Fair. Ten Singapore based Artists created for the AAF a special limited edition etching, relief print or mixed techniques print. Each print is hand printed by the artists. The prints can be purchased individually or, very limited, as the whole series ( the series can be reserved, please contact Marisa Keller at marisakeller@mac.com to find out more)

大概有4年沒做版畫了

15張限量版畫

廳起來很簡單就可完成

卻花了我好多的心血和時間金錢

給我不小的壓力

光是拭去版上多餘的油墨就非常費時

一張就可花個20幾分鐘

學藝不精

構思

製版

失敗了5次

再重來

try and error

把一大張價值1000元的柔版都用完了

找適當的版畫紙(300g 白色而且無酸(acid-free) 符合這3個條件的)

附近的美術社都去了

也上網搜索打聽

最後終於在復興美工門口的美術社買到

1張要150元

貴

但只夠我印2張39x39cm的

於是買了8張

買柔版(1張57x42cm的就要1000元)

跑到新豐去買

結果不能零賣

又上網搜索打聽

最後在士林的火盒子那裡買到了一片

還買到不能用的油墨

太稀

白白浪費錢


印刷時有一直印壞

只能重印

印到紙不夠只好又跑去永和買

總之

每個環節都花了好大的工夫

非常不順

但努力做過

還是有所收穫
